The 16th  Annual Oak Tree Festival will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 25th & 26th, 2010.  The event will be held at League Park, located on Main Street in League City’s Historic District.  It is hosted and sponsored by League City Heritage Foundation, local businesses and service organizations.  In addition to entertainment, the festival will feature a Common Market, Silent Auction, Children’s Entertainment and Refreshments.  Admission is free. Please clich HERE for the schedule of entertainment & activities.

The entertainment will perform approximately 20-30 minutes (i.e., a singer may perform the entire 30 minutes or a dance school can schedule 4-5 groups to perform in the 30 minute period).  Additional 30-minute time periods can be scheduled for either or both days.  All ages are invited to participate.

All performances will be held in the Plaza which has a brick pavement surface approximately 25’ x15’in size.  Audience chairs will be provided.

The brick pavement surfaces are in good condition and are appropriate for most forms of entertainment including all forms of dance.  Entertainment schedules are Saturday 10am to 5:30pm and Sunday 10am to 4:30pm.  The performers must provide music, equipment, and anything else they may need to perform.  Electrical outlets are available.  Dressing facilities are limited to public restrooms so one costume or interchangeable costumes are suggested.
